Credentials Purchased for Another Person   If you are buying a credential for a friend, family member, or relative, then you will need to transfer (“assign”) the credential to that person during checkout.  Note: You must know the email address for each person you purchase a credential for to assign it during checkout. If you do not know the email address for the person you are buying the credential for, then you can assign it to your own email address temporarily and proceed to checkout.  After placing your order, you will be required to log into your ShowClix MyTickets account to process the transfer for each credential purchased for another person. For instructions on how to access your ShowClix MyTickets account, verify your credential order, and transfer credentials to someone, please refer to the Anime Expo Help Center for help.    Each credential must be registered under a single registrant's (credential holder) name, and each name must match a valid government-issued photo ID to avoid issues at the show or when picking up credentials at the Registration Booth.  NOTE: You must transfer any duplicate credentials purchased (either during checkout or via your ShowClix account) since our policy only allows a single credential per day per attendee. Any duplicates are subject to cancellation. The only exception would be an adult credential (4-Day or 1-Day) purchased for a minor (any child aged 14 to 17). If this is the case, you can email registration@anime-expo.org so we can add a note to your order details.   Child CredentialsChild credentials are tied to the Buyer upon purchase and cannot be transferred to another ShowClix account.  Therefore, it is recommended that the parent or guardian who will be accompanying the child(ren) while participating at Anime Expo (per the Age Restriction Policy posted below) purchase these credentials.   REGISTRATION POLICIES (Excerpt of key policies attendees need to know. Full version can be found on the AX Legal page.) Refund Policy  All sales are final for all credentials purchased and, therefore, non-refundable. Please review all items in your order before checking out to ensure you are purchasing the items you intend to buy.     All credentials are non-transferable to any other SPJA event.   Credential Resale Policy Event Credentials (badges or wristbands) cannot be reproduced or resold. No resale of Credentials shall be permitted, except with prior written approval from SPJA. Credentials are immediately rendered void if altered in any way. The unauthorized resale of Credentials (including, but not limited to, “scalping”), the attempted unauthorized resale of Credentials, the unauthorized assignment of Credentials, the creation of counterfeit Credentials, or the unauthorized transfer of any Credentials to a third party are strictly prohibited and constitute an immediate forfeiture of your Credential(s) without compensation from SPJA.
