MOORESVILLE u2013 Bridge of Hearts has strengthened its emergency preparedness through a generous partnership with Novant Health, which provided funding for a new Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and coordinated hands-on emergency response training for the organization’s board members and volunteer leaders. Recognizing that many of its volunteers and leaders are over the age of 60, Bridge of Hearts sought to ensure it could respond effectively should a medical emergency occur at its facility.
